研发技术员R&D Technician招聘 - 上海宏垒塑化有限公司

Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:

· Support R&D Chemists on adhesive development related lab work, including raw material screening, lab formula compounding, specification testing and testing data summary.
· Support adhesive compounding process development and on-site trials.
· Support purchasing team for raw material qualification.
· On-time delivery of high-quality work assigned by chemists related to development projects and application improvement.

· Compliant behaviors and on-time quality work regarding lab 5S & Safety.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, specialized in Polymers and/or Chemistry science.
· Minimum 2 years experiences in chemical industry.
· Autonomy in adhesive development and industrialization. Acrylate-based room temperature curing adhesive experience is preferred.
· Work independently. Plan and arrange experimental work and data processing in advance.
· Preferred language: Chinese (Fluent) English (Basic).
